Shipping and Returns
We ship mostly from our US location, but depending on where you order from we may ship from one of our international headquarters. We ship for free on all orders to the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. You will receive an email notification that your order has shipped, and you will be able to track the shipment from there or from our 'Track Your Order' link at the bottom of our page. Shipping times vary, but can take 5-20 days because of high demand. Covid-19 has caused shipping delays.
Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the US, you may encounter customs fees for international shipping across borders. We do not take responsibility for these fees.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged and within 14 days of package arrival. Please notify us as soon as possible if you notice there is something wrong with your item.
If you open your package and use the item, and the item is not defective or damaged, you may still return your order within 14 days. However, we will charge a 20% restocking fee in this case. If we conclude that the item is defective due to customer error, we will also charge a 20% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of a return shipping label. If you receive a refund, this cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note that shipping times vary depending on where you live.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
